Decemburr To Rememburr - What an Event! Print E-mail
This is the way a Christmas event is supposed to be. A real authentic small town Christmas day long event. This 5th annual event held on Saturday December 9th featured an expanded schedule of events, including food, venders, craft making, live entertainment, Christmas Tree Sales (9am-5pm), story telling (Spencer Library), SVEYA Cookie Walk. See actual schedule below.

Clearly the Spencer Chamber of Commerce was thinking about the children when they moved the start time to 2:00pm and added so many fun things for the kids.

 
2006 YCF Basket Raffle at the Spencer Picnic Print E-mail
Once again, the Youth and Community Foundation held its annual Basket Raffle at Spencer Picnic, August 16-19, and raised over $2,000, thanks to the generosity of everyone who purchased tickets and donated baskets and time! With 32 baskets to choose from, everyone found something to like! Due to the heavy rain on Saturday night, winners were drawn on Monday morning 10 a.m., at the Spencer office of the Tioga State Bank, but everyone won by contributing to a great cause! Winners have been contacted.
